Today’s New Moon in stoic and career-focused Capricorn is about reflection, stillness, and creating space (Cap Sun, here). It’s the last new moon of 2024, so it seems like a perfect time to hit pause, clear the space around us (whatever that means for you today), and contemplate potential next steps.

Use today’s moon vibes for a “flow-y,” breath-centered yoga practice that strengthens  body/mind and opens space in your heart and body/mind.  Try my New Moon in Capricorn Sequence, shown in my video (and typed below), to open your hips (Capricorns often hold in emotions) and connect to your breath and body to become clear and centered.
