Today’s New Moon in stoic and career-focused Capricorn is about reflection, stillness, and creating space (Cap Sun, here). It’s the last new moon of 2024, so it seems like a perfect time to hit pause, clear the space around us (whatever that means for you today), and contemplate potential next steps.
Use today’s moon vibes for a “flow-y,” breath-centered yoga practice that strengthens body/mind and opens space in your heart and body/mind. Try my New Moon in Capricorn Sequence to open your hips (Capricorns often hold in emotions) and connect to your breath and body to become clear and centered.
